About to hit 15 months at Included Health and I’ve conducted 106 (!!) interviews to date.
The question I get asked most is “What do you like about working at IH?” and my first answer is always the same – the people!
My engineering team impresses me every single day with how they’re able to produce such amazing work while each being a wonderful person.
I couldn’t ask for two better or funnier Product Manager partners to spend countless hours working through mucky healthcare problems.
Even my org’s C-suite exec manages to somehow be brilliant and inspiring and extremely personable.
etc etc
I’ve been working a ton lately, but it’s really true that the people you work with have such a huge impact on quality of work life. 🫶🏼
